*Many of the veggies are coming into season at your local
farmers market. Be sure to ask them if
they grow the produce on their own farm and not bringing it in from other
places. Ask if they spray pesticides on
any of the mature produce. We grow our
own veggies in our garden and freeze 75% of them for the winter ahead. It’s planning and strategy but the benefits
for your family are worth it! I buy raw
milk, cheese, butter, and other household staples from either a bulk food distributor,
local farm or the grocery store.
